Convenient push-button and switch controls are positioned within easy reach of the operator. A fully guarded, two-position 110V foot switch allows the cutting stroke to be interrupted at any point during the cycle, providing added control and safety during operation.
Material handling is simplified with a sturdy backgauge and adjustable rake angle system designed to minimize twist and distortion. The adjustable rake angle allows operators to optimize cutting performance for heavier materials while extending the machine's maximum cutting capacity. A 4-foot squaring arm with a recessed scale provides quick and accurate material positioning for improved productivity.
The shear is equipped with single-piece upper and lower high-carbon, high-chrome shock-resistant knives featuring four usable cutting edges for extended blade life and consistently clean cuts.
